My Blog, 2007 in review

2007 is gone and dead, but I took a few moments and went back to check out that I blogged about during last year. Here are some of the highlights.

  • I grew my hair out the longest it had ever been
  • Started to use GMAIL as an effective spam filter
  • moved my blog to the wordpress software package
  • had an impromptu toga party for my friend thommy, who moved to saltlake
  • got new glasses from paul frank
  • fell in love with php dbug (cfdump in php)
  • installed linux on my router for no good reason
  • started using mySql fulltext searches
  • i got a road bike, and started riding
  • i got a new, used laptop
  • got an iphone!
  • hacked firefox to spell check any field
  • got a pownce account
  • cut my hair off and went back to being a respectable person
  • tried to sell my house, with no luck so far
  • discovered Amazon S3
  • Infrarecorder became my favorite burning software
  • The Inland Empire ColdFusion User Group really got off the ground
  • tried photoblogging from my iphone, no real luck though
  • Gmail got IMAP, and my iPhone was very happy
  • fixed the broken display on my laptop
  • Nasa adopted ColdBox as their official web development framework
  • Taught a friend of mine how to get your iPod replaced
